CNC Machining Tolerances

Description
Milling parts up to 2000 × 1200 × 800mm. Large parts are reviewed on request.
Standard production lead time starts from 3 business days.
Standard CNC machining tolerance is ±0.125mm for parts under 300mm, according to ISO 2768 unless otherwise specified.
We can manufacture and inspect tight tolerance parts according to customer drawings and GD&T requirements.
Minimum part feature size can reach 0.5mm depending on part geometry and selected material.
Standard thread sizes are supported. Custom threads are available based on project requirements.
Sharp edges are broken and parts are deburred by default.
Standard finish is as-machined. Additional finishing options are available upon request.
