ABS is a common thermoplastic material in lightweight and with good mechanical properties & excellent impact strength.It’s OK to be CNC machining plastic material,vacuum casting material,RIM material,plastic injection molding material, vacuum forming materials.

It’s OK to apply painting in Pantone color and no problem to be split then glue together for the parts with complex construction in order to reduce the cost.

The polycarbonate (PC) is one plastic with excellent impact strength and is easy to be colored and transparent to achieve good appearance.It’s very suitable for consumer application and electronics application. PC is a good CNC milling material and vacuum casting material to make the geometric shape

It’s OK to do surface finishing of painting in different colors and with good adhesive capability.

The nylon (PA) is one common material for 3D printing SLS process for robotics applications and electronics applications. It’s also OK for CNC machining.PA is with no adhesive capability so that it’s not suitable to be split.

The Delrin (POM) is a CNC milling CNC machining material with thermoplastic for Easiest-to-machine engineering with high stiffness,excellent frictional characteristics and good thermal stability. It’s vast used in robotics applications.

PEEK is a CNC milling CNC machining material which is with high outlook after machining.It’s the thermoplastic material with high-performance widely used in the most demanding applications.
 

Polypropyleny (PP) is ok for CNC milling ,vacuum casting,RIM and plastic injection molding solution.,it’s widely used in the internal part with high flexible demand.It’s used in  automotive application and robotics application.

Acrylic (PMMA) is CNC Machining and vacuum casting material with high transparency and rigid thermoplastic.The most advantage is with unlimited coloring options in translucency or transparency.It’s widely used for electronics application and technology application.

Polyethylene (PE) is one CNC milling and CNC turning material with good impact resistance which is widely used in industrial industry application,consumer electronics applications and agriculture applications.It’s not good for adhesive and so can’t be painted.

PTFE (Teflon) is a CNC machining and CNC milling material with the properties of electrical insulating power in hot&wet environments.It’s used for many applications like aerospace application and electronics&consumer applications.

G-10 also named FR-4 is one nice material for CNC Machining and CNC milling with nice appearance And it’s with a class of glass fiber epoxy laminate and is suitable for electronics applications and precision machines.

PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) is good for CNC machining and with good dielectric strength and abrasion-resistance.It’s a cost-effective common used plastic material and the widely used color is white and gray.It’s not good at adhesive and sticky painting.

The PET (Polyethylene terephthalate ) is tough plastic that can offer excellent wear resistance and mechanical strength. It’s good for CNC machining and CNC turning.

The EVA is kind of foam material for CNC milling and CNC turning.It’s the material with vibration low-water absorption.

EPS is one type of foam material for CNC machining ,it’s rigid and tough. It’s usually used in electronics applications.

Ultum 1000( AMBER PEI ) is one type of plastic material for CNC machining and CNC milling,it’s rigid and stable even under extreme conditions. Ultum 1000 is mainly used in aerospace and electronic applications.
