With dust-free spray room, we can provide almost all colors you wants for your custom products in glossy, matte or semi-glossy effect.
In order to avoid cracks on the part with glossy finishing, we think out of putting UV coating on it to solve the problem to achieve more perfect appearance. Custom silk printing logo & pattern can be provided on your parts.
Various colored silk printing logo is available at low cost and in a short time.
Anodizing for aluminium is the most common surface treatment to resist corruption.
There are natural anodizing with no color and colored anodizing in black, red, blue, yellow or other custom colors.It can give an amazing appearance to the part with functions both anti-corrosion and dust-free.
The function of sand blasting is to give the part certain clean and different roughness, improving its mechanical property.
Sand blasting can increase the attachment between coating and work piece. Heat treatment is usually applied to steel part, after which the parts will be hardened and more durable.
Quenching, tempering, normalizing also can be provided for steel part. Being a treatment to prevent rust, black oxide is also usually for steel.

Nitride coating is a technology that nitrogen atoms are put into the surface of part under certain temperature.
The part with nitride coating will be characterized by being friction-resistance, corrosion-proof. Carburizing is a process that penetrating carbon atom into the surface of steel part, giving high carbon coating to low carbon steel.
Then after quenching and tempering in low temperature, the part will gain hard surface while keep tenacity and plasticity inside.
The carburizing part has hard surface and is durable and impact-resistance, usually being used in automobile, airplane, gear and so on. PVD coating is always for die steel give it the protection to prevent erosion and increase durability.
It improves adhesiveness of coating the part, classified into TiC、TiCN、ZrN、CrN、MoS2、TiAlN、TiAlCN、TiN-AlN、CNx、DLC. Part with TiN coating possess extremely high hardness, ability to resist high temperature and friction.
TiN coating also can prevent part from erosion, which always applied to aerospace, automobile, agriculture and transportation. In fact, PC part is not transparent after machining.
If you need high clear and transparent PC, fumigation will be applied to it to make it totally transparent.
The PC first need to smooth by hand to have flat surface and then be fumigated to gain perfect appearance. 12.Laser Engraving
Laser engraving is a cost-saving and easy way to put your logo or character on your part.
The logo will be engraved by laser on the part in depth about 0.1-0.2mm.
Colored logo engraving can be customized.
13.Plating
Plating is way to protect surface of part by a coating of metal caused by electrolysis.
The plating part has smooth, hard, and nice outlook.
Nickel, copper, gold and chrome plating can be provided depending on your need.
14.UV Varnish
UV varnish is created by ultraviolet, giving a glossy, transparent, durable coating to the surface of part with function of protecting.
If part is coated with glossy painting, having UV varnish on it can prevent crack the protect the surface in a good condition.
