The project of large aluminium bumper we worked on in 2017.It was really large front car bumper with the dimension at 1472×284×272mm.

It was one piece of prototype for one brand car company. The part was requested to be precision and nice outlook.We chose to fabricate the parts in our CNC machining solution.

Since the part was large size and in metal material, it should be split into two parts first in CNC milling with preprocessing finishing ,then assembly both parts by our welding service,including our defined surface treatment to make the surface smooth,it need to apply anodizing in different color was also OK.

It was also no problem to apply chrome plating the appearance would be really nice.
