The project of sheet metal bending steel parts used in aerospace industrial,it was one project finished in 2016.

The sheet metal if with the thickness of 0.5-4mm is not big case to be fabricated by sheet metal press. If the thickness of sheet metal is over than 6mm it would be difficult since it’s too thick.

Then the project with the thickness exact 6mm of sheet metal and also it was very large with the dimension of 1190×523×197mm for some parts.

We first step to laser cutting to cut through the hollow parts and then to shape the parts by sheet metal press.
